Processing will be 2-3 days after the order is placed. Express shipping orders will be processed and shipped out same day. Express shipping is same day depending on your location. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days excluding processing time. After package is shipped you will receive a tracking number to your email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 days of placing your order please feel free to reach out. Orders are processed quickly so if you’d like to change your order reach out as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the hair is unopened, never worn or tampered with. All bundles must still have hair ties on them and be returned within 3 days within you receiving your order. Please contact first before returning the hair. 

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, it will be no returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle is broken. Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Returns will be credited as store credit. You are responsible for all return/ exchange shipping costs and a tracking number with it is highly recommended.
